Important – Please note that due to hygiene reasons, we are unable to issue refunds or exchanges on the following items that have been tried on or worn:

We are able to accept returns on socks, bras, crop tops and base layers that are unused and in the same condition in which they were received. They must show no signs of wear or visible marks and be in their original packaging.

Triathlon suits can be returned, as long as they are tried on over a separate underwear garment, show no signs of visible wear or marks, and must be sent back to us in the same condition in which they were received – as new, and in their original packaging.

On all returns we reserve the right to return any products back to the sender. Please also be aware that to complete any returns, proof of purchase will be required.


Faulty Products

In the unlikely event that any item in your order is faulty or defective, we will replace or refund the value of these products within the first 30 days of purchase. Please email the Rundercare team with your order details via hello@runderwear.co.za and we will be more than happy to assist you in getting any issues resolved as quickly as possible.

To complete any return or replacement – proof of purchase will be required.
